Do I need a discount code?
No, prices will be marked down.
How long does the sale go for?
The sale will only be live for 30 mins, so refresh your page and make sure you are online at the correct time.
Will you sell out?
Possibly! Some of our most popular products may sell out quickly during the sale, so we recommend shopping as soon as it starts to avoid missing out.
What if I purchased before the sale?
We completely understand how frustrating it is to miss out on a sale. However, this 30% off event is a special, limited-time offer - it’s a great chance to stock up on more Silky Tots favourites. We aren’t able to apply the discount to orders placed before the sale starts.
Can I use another discount code as well?
No - this sale is already a huge 30% off, so no other discount codes or offers can be applied.
Can I add items to my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, we can’t combine orders or make changes once they’re placed during a fast-moving sale event.
Do you offer returns/exchanges on sale items?
We will accept returns on the sale items. Return are at your cost, so please contact hello@silkytots.com if you have any sizing queries, before the sale starts.
When will my order be shipped?
We normally ship within 24 hours. During high-volume sales, please allow up to an extra day or two. We’ll do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
