All orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends and public holidays, where they will be sent the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Location

Free Shipping is available on all Aus and NZ orders over $100.

We ship with Australia Post + DHL. Delivery can take 1-10 days,
depending on location.

$8 standard shipping for orders under $100 in
Aus and $10 to NZ.

Express Post (1-3 days) is available for $10 within Aus and $15 for NZ (up to 4 days).

We ship with DHL and it is passed on your local postage provider for delivery.  Delivery can take 4-6 business days, depending on location.

£5 standard shipping for orders under £100.

Express Shipping with DHL Express (2-3 business days) is available for £15.

Import Tax + Duties

No import charges should apply. If you receive an invoice from customs, please pay the invoice and send it to hello@silkytots.com for reimbursement.

RETurns

We are happy to fully refund/exchange any unused items within 30 days of purchase (Australian or UK warehouse). Please contact hello@silkytots.com for the return address.

Please note:

Returns can be accepted if the products have been opened to try for size but must be unused, clean and returned in the original box, so please take care when opening.

Return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty.
