Do I need a discount code?
No, prices will be marked down and no other codes or discounts will be applicable during the sale.
How long does the sale go for?
3 Day Only - This is the biggest sale of the year, Black Friday weekend will not be bigger and stock will not last.
Will you sell out?
Some of our most popular products may sell out quickly during the sale, so we recommend shopping as soon as it starts to avoid missing out.
What if I purchased before the sale?
We completely understand how frustrating it is to miss out on a sale. However, this 30% off event is a special, limited-time offer - it’s a great chance to stock up on more Silky Tots favourites. We aren’t able to apply the discount to orders placed before the sale starts.
Can I use another discount code as well?
No - this sale is already a huge 30% off, so no other discount codes or offers can be applied.
Can I add items to my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, we can’t combine orders or make changes once they’re placed during a fast-moving sale event.
When will my order be shipped?
We normally ship within 24 hours. During high-volume sales there may be a delay of 2-3 days. We’ll do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, thank you for your patience :)
Do you offer returns/exchanges on sale items?
