Sale FAQs
When does the sale start?
We're announcing the date very soon. Sign up above to be the first to know.
What's on sale?
Everything. It's 30% off sitewide, including our bassinet sheets, cot sheets, head supports and accessories.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Prices will be marked down automatically, so there's nothing to enter at checkout.
Will you sell out?
Possibly. Our most popular colours can sell out quickly during the sale, so we recommend shopping as soon as it starts.
What if I purchased before the sale?
We know it's frustrating to just miss a sale. Unfortunately we can't apply the discount to orders placed before the sale starts, but it's a great time to stock up on spares and gifts.
Can I use another discount code as well?
No. The sale is already 30% off, so no other codes or offers can be applied.
Can I add items to my order after it's placed?
Unfortunately we can't combine or change orders once they're placed during a fast-moving sale. Make sure everything is in your cart before you check out.
Do you offer returns on sale items?
Yes, we accept returns on sale items. However, if you received free shipping on your sale order and return it for a refund, we'll deduct $10 for shipping on discounted items.
When will my order ship?
We normally dispatch within 48 hours. During the sale, please allow an extra day or two. We'll get your order to you as quickly as we can.
