All orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends and public holidays, where they will be sent the next business day.

We want you to love what you ordered. If it isn't right, you have 100 days to return or exchange it.
Items must be unused, clean, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. If the packaging is damaged or the item isn't in the condition it arrived in, we can offer an exchange rather than a refund.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty, or you added Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout.
Free Returns + Package Protection
A small add-on at checkout that covers you both ways.
If you add it, your return shipping label is included, so you can return any item in your order for a refund or exchange at no cost. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, it's covered too.
If you don't add it, you can still return your items. You'll just cover the cost of the return shipping label yourself.

Free shipping on orders over $160.
Orders under $160 ship for $10 (standard, 2-8 business days) or $15 (Express).
Orders over $160 can add Express for just $10.
We ship with Australia Post.
Shipping: United Kingdom
Free shipping on orders over £100 (5-10 business days).
Orders under £100 ship for £6.
We ship with Australia Post, handed to your local postal service for final delivery.

Our Silk Guarantee
Silk is a beautiful, natural fibre, and with the right care, we expect yours to last for years.
The one thing that really matters is your detergent. Always use a silk-safe detergent with no enzymes. This includes a lot of "natural" and organic baby detergents too, as enzymes are what break down protein-based fibres like silk over time, even the gentle ones.
We stand behind our silk for 12 months from purchase. If anything comes up in that time, reach out to hello@silkytots.com and we'll sort it out.
