We accept returns within 100 days of purchase. To ensure hygiene and high standards across all our products, the following policy applies.

• Unused and unopened, in original packaging: full refund.
• Packaging opened or product removed from its packaging: exchange or store credit only, not a refund.
• Used: we're unable to offer a return, exchange or store credit.

Return shipping
Return shipping is at your cost, unless you purchased Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, or the item is faulty.

If your order qualified for free shipping and you're returning your only item for a refund, a standard shipping fee will be deducted. If you purchased multiple items and are only returning some of them, no shipping fee applies.

Refunds
Every return is inspected on arrival. If it's returned as new, you'll get a full refund. If not, we'll offer an exchange or store credit instead.

Faulty items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at hello@silkytots.com and we'll sort a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return once it's received and inspected.

If it wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
