How it fits

The Cot Sleeve is a continuous silk band that slips straight over your cot mattress and existing sheet. The 40cm deep silk panel sits across the top of the mattress where baby's head rests, and a 40cm x 40cm stretch polyester panel underneath pulls it snug so it stays in place through the night.

It should fit firmly. If the sleeve sits loose on your mattress, do not use it.

What's the difference between the Cot Sleeve and a full Cot Sheet?

The Cot Sleeve is a secure, stretch fit silk band that sits over your existing cot sheet, so it's the lightest and most affordable way to introduce silk. The Full and Half Silk Cot Sheets replace the sheet entirely for complete coverage.

What size cots does it fit?

It's designed for standard width cots with a secure stretch fit that stays in place through normal use.

Can I still use my normal cot sheet underneath?

Yes, that's exactly how it's designed to work. The sleeve sits over your existing sheet so baby's head rests on silk while everything underneath stays the same.

Won't silk overheat my baby?

No. Silk is naturally breathable and temperature regulating. Ours has been independently lab tested and outperformed cotton for breathability, so bub stays comfortable summer or winter.

Will it actually stop hair loss?

It removes the main cause of friction related hair loss and bald spots by letting hair glide instead of tug. Some hair loss after birth is hormonal and completely natural, and silk can't stop that part, but it does support the new hair coming in.

How do I care for it?

Cold gentle cycle in a mesh bag with a silk or enzyme free detergent, then air dry. No tumble drying, so it keeps its softness wash after wash.

Loving Our Order
